Peppermint Pastille

After the creation of Menthe Pastille, Emile Giffard launches in 1888, the green version, Peppermint Pastille.  Made from essential oils of peppery mint the Peppermint Pastille is a green mint liqueur that is slightly sweeter and refreshing.

Aroma:   Strong aroma of peppery mint

Tasting Notes:  Very intense at first and then fresh and sweet.  The taste of peppery mint leaves overruns the palate and gives a sweet refreshing sensation.
