GIFFARD WEST CUP 2026 - RECIPE SUBMISSION

GIFFARD WEST CUP IS BACK!

The Giffard West Cup returns for another exciting edition, continuing a legacy that began 29 years ago in 1997. Originally launched as a local competition on the west coast of France, 'the inspiration behind its name',  the event has since grown into an internationally recognized showcase of mixology talent.

Every two years, Giffard welcomes bartenders from around the world to compete in the prestigious Giffard West Cup, held in France’s beautiful Loire Valley.

In 2024, 30 countries organized national selections, with more than 1,000 bartenders registering to compete. From these, 18 finalists representing 17 countries advanced to the international final.
