In 2022, we proudly celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Giffard West Cup, bringing together bartenders from 18 selected countries for a truly memorable international competition.
That year, art continued to guide our spirit, with music taking center stage under the inspiring theme:

Competitors were challenged to create a cocktail inspired by a piece of music or a song that resonated with their life behind the bar. Each creation was a harmony of sound and flavour, where personal stories met liquid artistry.

Danielle Crowley: 2022 Giffard West Cup Canadian Winner
Representing The Raven Room in Whistler, British Columbia, Danielle Crowley won the Canadian Finals and went on to represent Canada at the international Finals in Angers, France.

Danielle secured the title with her signature cocktail, American Pie, featuring Giffard Rhubarb liqueur.
