We’re thrilled to announce the return of our international drinks competition for its 29th anniversary – featuring 20 selected countries!

This year’s theme: “Sip the Moments”

​

Participants will be challenged to create two complementary drinks, each capturing a unique moment, mood, and context of consumption throughout the day. From sunrise to moonlight, drink creators craft experiences and shape the days of their guests.

They don’t just serve drinks, they serve moments.

With Sip the Moments, Giffard invites professional drink creators to embrace versatility: creating serves that move with the rhythm of their guests – crafting their journey, from sunrise to moonlight​​

Prize

• The winner of the Canadian selection earns a place in the finals in Angers, France.

• The Global Winner will receive an all-inclusive, premium journey to an authentic coffee terroir in South America. Step beyond the counter and immerse yourself in coffee at its source - from bean to glass - in an experience designed to inspire and awaken the senses.

The Canadian edition of the Giffard West Cup will begin with an online cocktail submission, open to bartenders across Canada.
