Amber Bruce of the Keefer Bar will be representing Canada on June 6, 2017 at the prestigious Giffard West Cup in Angers, France.  The feature product this year was our Giffard Banane du Brésil from our premium range of liqueurs. Here is her winning combination.  

15 mL Giffard Banane du Bresil
30 mL oude genever

10 mL Mia Amata Amaro
15 mL Port
15 mL Spiced Mörk Syrup

Whole egg
 

Preparation Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into 
a cocktail glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
