Guignolet Kirsch

Natural apertif produced according to traditional methods - maceration into alcohol of "Griottes Montmorency" cherrries plus the darker and sweeter cherries which give the Guignolet its specific colour and aroma.  A touch of kirsch is then added.

Colour:  Ruby coloured with fine raspberry shades

Aroma:   Fresh aroma due to the blending of various aromatic notes (sharp and sweet cherries)

Tasting Notes:  Very nice taste, light in sugar, fruity flavour of sweet cherries enhanced by a touch of sharpness.
