Tasting Notes

A sweetening power twice more important than sugar cane (therefore use in smaler quantities) and a very low Glycemic Index. Sweet aromatic and very slight honey notes. A beautiful honey colour. A thicker syrup that will perfectly dissolve in hot and cold drinks.
