WEST CUP REGIONALS
GIFFARD CANADA 2019
Olivia Povarchook of the Juke Fried Chicken in Vancouver will be representing Canada on May 28, 2019 at the prestigious Giffard West Cup in Angers, France. The feature product this year was our Giffard Caribbean Pineapple from our premium range of liqueurs. Here is her winning combination.
20 mL Giffard Caribbean Pineapple
45 ml vanilla infused Bacardi 8 year old Rum
6 ml Hibiscus Bitters
2 dashes Lime Bitters
1 Orange Peel
Preparation Method: In a mixing glass, muddle the orange peel.
Add the remaining 4 ingredients, and stir with ice until properly chilled and diluted.
Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
